About the event
Members meeting and games sign-ups start at 5:00 p.m. - Club games start at 6:00 p.m. All members required to work 15 hours to be eligible for awards. If you work, during the games, setting up, working the events and take down, please make sure to sign/initial the worksheet in the bird house to get credit for your work hours.
